Belgrade, the “white city”, is the capital of Serbia and the country’s biggest city. A visit to Belgrade Fortress with its ancient walls and watch towers, cannons, parks and monuments gives you a great view over the two rivers Sava and Danube. Or you can take a boat tour and visit the district of Zemun with its old narrow streets and little houses. And in the Skadarlija district you can taste local specialities like cevapcici or a sweet strudel and listen to live music.

FREE ZONE

FREE ZONE is not only popular annual film festival, but also a broader initiative which reaches different target groups. Program is based on films that are eye-opening and often leave their viewers with the feeling of freedom and responsibility that comes with being an active citizen. In these cases the art of film can actually make a difference.

FILM CENTER SERBIA
